Went in a while ago for a consultation of an ILP treatment. My dermatologist is Dr Dougherty, she was nice and professional. I was prescribed with a bleaching cream and I got severe allergy after applying it once. The doctor then said she would put in an order for a cream for me to pick up in my preferred pharmacy. I was prescribed with a bleaching cream and I got severe allergy after applying it once. The doctor then said she would put in an order for a cream for me to pick up in my preferred pharmacy. Everything is fine so far. But then the pharmacy said they didn't receive any order for me. I called in and the receptionist said someone has processed my order and it needed some time to go through. Didn't get any update after an hour. Called in again and then this time the receptionist changed her mind and decided to say that they were having technical issue, and reassured that it will be done before they close that day and I would just go to the pharmacy's counter to get it. Did not get anything the second day either, and my allergy has become way worse. Also they stopped answering phone call or calling me back. I had to email them to cancel my future appointment. It seems that they don't want to help fix the issue here. Worst experience ever, not a professional place at all.

Very nice staff, but I did have a problem with one of them. My other problem with this business is that it is one of many medical establishments my family and I have frequented over the years that doesn’t follow up with a survey or any questions regarding the visit and treatment performed. From eye doctor to oncologist, dentist to family practitioner- there’s always been a questionnaire sent afterward via email.In my situation here, I did want to raise some critical points. When I returned for a follow up , I even looked for a suggestion box where I could leave a note. None to be found. I am surprised that they don’t value feedback. That seems highly unusual.
