I just moved here from AZ. We had initially dealt with 2 other agents . One messed up the other was more focused in Ventura . Then we hooked up with Katya .
She is one of the most diligent people . She withstood my frustrations at SB real estate (read tantrums , at times ). She went out if her way to work with us . I was commuting between AZ and SB. I'm not in good health . I ended up hospitalized at one point . I d k who her bosses are but they should consider themselves very fortunate to have her .
