The first time, July 20, 2023, I told him on the phone that Bryan is very upset because he thinks the monetary distributions are not coming as fast as they should. He replied that I should call him back during normal business hours because it was after 9:00 at night. The most recent time I called him was February 20, 2024 Tuesday. I called him at 1-805-569-2500. I left a message for him to call me back. I said that this is about the Rosen Trust. I left my name and phone number. Despite the fact Bryan's mother, Patricia Rosen, passed away over two years ago, and the family property sold over six months ago, beneficiaries haven't received a penny of their inheritance.
