Hello, this is Euphoria C. Love. I have called Will Jones (cpa, Santa Barbara) five times. The first time, July 20, 2023, I told him on the phone that Bryan is very upset because he thinks the monetary distributions are not coming as fast as they should. He replied that I should call him back during normal business hours because it was after 9:00 at night. The most recent time I called him was February 20, 2024 Tuesday. I called him at 1-805-569-2500. I left a message for him to call me back. I said that this is about the Rosen Trust. I left my name and phone number. That was about 2:30 p.m. But I have not heard from him since July 20. As far as I know, he has never called me back. So I am not a fan of Will Jones. But if you trash him, you probably are making him angry and therefore less likely to disperse the money. You know-the law of unintended consequences. And people tend to live up to what you call them. As the saying goes, you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar. But you don't want to shower Will with compliments. However, old proven sayings don't always work with everyone. I don't think there is a law that says the trustee has to give an advance. At any rate, I think he should release at least a sizable amount of money very soon. Is the estate settled? Are all the bills paid? Is there enough in the estate to release a sizable amount even if the bills are not all paid? If he professes to believe in God, as he seems to, then there is that factor also, and he should respond accordingly. And if he lives up to his given name, then he would have the will to disperse the money.

William Jones and his attorney Randall Fox have been making a lot of money off the Rosen estate through continual delays. Despite the fact Bryan's mother, Patricia Rosen, passed away over two years ago, and the family property sold over six months ago, beneficiaries haven't received a penny of their inheritance. Not even a small advance.
