We’ve used Drain Masters for our rental property over the past five years and recently hired them to replace a 55-year-old sewer lateral. We had a sewer pipe break under our home, causing the sewage water from three units to spill into the crawlspace. The first emergency plumber we called made the problem worse and let us know he did not have the right equipment to help us. We had similar luck with several other plumbers that we were connected with through our home warranty company. Finally, we decided to go outside of the warranty and called Drain Masters, which was the right call. Chris and his team came to our rescue and were able to fully resolve the issue in a few hours and even found a clean out pipe in the front that had been buried.
