We’ve had the privilege of being patients of Dr. Santacrose since he started at Children’s Medical. From newborn checks in the hospital, circumcisions, yearly check ins, telemed calls, ear infections and everything in between you can not find anyone better.
We recently had a scary unknown when our 2 year at the time broke out in a bruise like rash. Dr. Santacrose exhausted every option and asked for multiple other opinions to confirm what he already knew. Luckily, with his help she’s doing well and living a healthy life! He called to check in with us multiple times, during his already hectic day! We’re so grateful for Dr. Santacrose!!

Dr Santacros is very friendly and a nice guy. However , we stopped seeing him in 2022 after my newborn daughter was diagnosed with a tongue tie, and he recommended surgery, despite her being absolutely in the normal range developmentally, breastfeeding with no issues, and gaining weight normally. Structure is not a reason to have surgery without an assessment of function. Fast forward a year, we chose to not have surgery, and her speech is actually ahead of where she should be, and she’s 99th percentile for height and weight. So glad we decided against taking medical advice. Other than this the office is older, very busy, but a good experience none the less

We are so grateful for this clinic and our pediatrician Dr Brian Santacrose. We have ALWAYS been seen same day or within 24hours for urgent matters.... Even once calling at 4pm on a Friday and getting seen at 4:30pm!! He is on time and attentive. Staff has always returned my calls, even messages almost immediately. They have been flexible and wonderful to work with during the pandemic... prioritizing safety and patient access. Even accommodating my cash pay needs when we had no insurance x 1month. I feel grateful to have a pediatrician and care team that make us feel supported and well looked after.
