We needed to get a couple ducts replaced and called Don's for service. They were able to come out within the hour to check the ducts, and within 48 we had the ducts fully replaced. They arrived on time, and were incredibly professional and efficient. I would highly recommend Don's for any HVAC needs.
Exceptional customer service! We called for a maintenance check, and within less than 24 hours a professional service provider arrived and did a thorough inspection of both our furnace and air conditioning units. Several worn out parts were noted and replaced on the spot. Reasonable rates and trustworthy technicians. Highly recommended!
Mike from this company showed up on time and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem with our air conditioning unit water leak. Another company came out first and said they repaired the problem but did not! Next they told us we should just buy a new system. Not only did Don's fix it, we were told that our Carrier system would easily be good for another 10 years. Beware of repair companies whose goal it is to sell you a $20,000+ new system. Highly recommend Don's and will use them if and when we have any issues in the future!
