I saw a couple low reviews, but my neighbor highly recommended Chavez professional cleaning so I decided to give them a try. I received same-day call back, quick and convenient scheduling, fair price, and excellent work. I had them clean all the exterior windows on my two-story home. They were filthy. Father and son (Victor Sr. and Jr.) came out, did an excellent job. I’ve had my windows clean before and felt I was over charged but not the case with this company. I’m glad I took my neighbors advice, and will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I've now hired Chavez twice to clean our house - once prior to a remodel and again after the remodel, and each time they were prompt and extremely thorough. I'll continue to keep Chavez in mind any time we need a deeper level of cleaning - they're amazing!

I have used this service for more than a decade. His team comes to my place every other week. I have a two-story 1300 sqft townhome, and when they're done it's spotless. I have a lot of fragile items and they've never broken one. I have found Vic and his team to be honest, thorough and highly professional. I saw the other older comments about "stealing". I have left my accidentally left my checkbook, money and valuables out and everything is always there. I hope the one one-star comment does not detract you from at least having a conversation if your in search of a great service. You can speak to others but I think he's a hidden gem in SB.
