5 stars. Arrived on time, work appears decent, we will see how it holds up. Challenge removed old driveway (20k sq feet) re-graded and replaced. Added 1/2 star back as I was corrected by a neighbor, they did replace all speed bumps. Everyone in the complex feels they did quality work and is happy with the result. Thank you!

Rancho Granada Mobile Home Park owners and their managers, John and Arlene were kind enough to replace or resurface perhaps 2-3 dozen driveways. They hired Challenge to do the job which was accomplished in just over 3 days. They have a team of 9 very hard-working guys. 3 of them had Class A license to drive the two asphalt dump trucks. Everyone was busy most all the time. Their equipment is very good as is the work ethic; the men often working till 7PM of beyond. The quality was also excellent. I heard they charged the owners 45K, which to me was a bargain. Some of the mobile homeowners paid extra for extra pavement. I was happy to offer and pay $500 for expanded width...read full review
