I work out of the house and having my power and internet down was not an option. I called 4 other companies before I tried CEC. CEC answered my call immediately, gave me a 30 minute window, arrived on-time, were friendly, professional and helpful. They got my power back on within minutes and they showed me what the problem was and how to handle it in the future. On top of that, they deemed the visit a courtesy call. Amazing!!!
