I am delighted with the service I received today from Jaime of Carroll Plumbing & Maintenance. He expertly resolved our plumbing issues of removal and replacement of rotted drain collars with toe taps in our two bathtubs. He was knowledgeable, highly experienced, thorough and precise. The rotted condition of the drain collars prevented using the customary drain removal tool. Jaime carefully cut slots in the drain collars to facilitate their removal without damaging or breaking the drain pipes, and attached the metal collars into the plastic pipes with no cross-threading. Jaime completed the job in substantially less time than the time estimates and pricing quoted to me by other plumbing companies. Additionally, Jaime explained why he recommended not replacing the anode rod in our 6-year-old water heater which was a task I had requested, and I confidently accepted his advice. I strongly recommend Jaime and Carroll Plumbing & Maintenance.
I wanted a circulation pump for my hot water heater so that the hot water in the shower would heat up faster. Alvin came out and evaluated my situation and gave me an estimate. Then Roy came once the part was in and did a great job installing the pump and circulation valves under the bathroom sinks, using Alvin's notes. Roy had to drill through a cabinet wall to access electrical power for the pump and did it as unobtrusively as possible, then cleaned up and didn't leave a mess. I'm very happy.
The pipes behind our tub were leaking into the wall. We had to turn our water off and Carroll came to the rescue.
