Inept and poorly thought out communications. After receiving an invitation to fill out a form regarding vaccinations, I find that the form was incomplete. Even though I filled it out, a few days later I got the same invitation all over again which means they're not processing the information you give them. It is a half-baked solution. Look elsewhere.
