Have been trying to get an appointment since 2022, even sourcing recommendations from my dentist and orthodontists and still have been turned down by whoever runs the front desk multiple times for even a basic consultation. I’ve been extremely sincere, understanding, kind, so I have no clue why I can’t even get get service. I’ve expressed that I’m okay paying whatever the cost is for a consultation, even if the final answer is that they can’t help. I’ve had to make an appointment with another practice down all the way in La Jolla because this place seems to pick and choose the patients they’re willing to take on, even prior to assessing my problem.
