Our homeowner’s insurance required us to install an automatic water shutoff system, so I started looking for a plumber to handle the Moen Flo installation. After receiving a few surprisingly high quotes, I reached out to Jon at Apex Plumbing. He stopped by the same day and gave me a far more reasonable estimate. When I asked about scheduling, he simply said, “How about right now?” and got started immediately. In under an hour, the Flo was installed, running smoothly, and the insurance company was satisfied. The total cost was much less than I had expected. I’ll absolutely call Jon again for future plumbing needs—plus, he's just a genuinely nice guy.

Apex Plumbing Services (Jon) we called to have a backflow device ultimately replaced and here are reasons why we loved his service: - He arrived on time and started working right away! - He supplied quality parts and pipe! - He worked very quickly and completed the job sooner than anticipated. - Price was reasonable for the amount of knowledge and expertise Jon has. My teenager broke a hose spigot off at the ground 2 days before Christmas. Jon was the only plumber out of the 10+ that I called who answered the phone. Not only was he willing to come out the evening before Christmas Eve, but said he could be there almost immediately. We ended up fixing ourselves, but I will absolutely be giving Apex my business if we are ever in need. Thank you, Jon for providing exceptional customer service!
