We had a problem with our skylights. They came out, assessed the problem, did not try to sell us new ones, repaired the leaks and gave us very detailed feedback as to the condition, age, problem with original installation and recommendations for the future of the skylights. Their fee seemed very reasonable for the quality work that we received.

Add the pleasure working with this group many years ago I just forwarded the phone number to a potential commercial job and I thought wow I should write review because our windows are still doing great even though there were some shoes with the window of themselves, Milgard really stood behind their warranty and replaced all the windows that were at issue. Great company to work with. I've had him come back and do minor repair work here and there based around the age of my home and the fact that we have expensive soil every once in a while, some re-caulking is needed and they were happy to do it.

Needed a shower door and the windows in my master bedroom replaced. Took them about a week to get the windows in and installed on the day promised. Answered all my questions and phone calls and were very easy to schedule with.
