I had been trying to locate a hard to find Sta-Rite pool filter model for about a year. All others were out of stock and would order it from the east coast plus $200+ in shipping, or could not help me at all. I called, spoke with Tom and he told me that he could get it in about 3 weeks and I could will call it w/o a shipping charge. It came in right on time. I was so impressed, I decided to replace my multi-port valve as well. When I checked around, Waterline Technologies was the best price and they had it in stock. Make this company your first stop rather than your last resort (as I had done). I don't think you will be disappointed.
