I’m honestly surprised by the negative reviews because my experience has been the complete opposite. I absolutely love this place! Every visit, the girls are super sweet, welcoming, and very helpful. Easily a 12 out of 10 for me!
I had a lovely experience here. Especially because I know nothing about hair extensions. But the staff was super patient with a ton of questions I asked. Came home, put in extensions and they are a great color match too. Thanks guys!
Honestly I was extremely hesitant to drive over an hour to come here because of the reviews. But my hair stylist recommended this place to me. All I can say is AMAZING customer service!! Bianca was so helpful sweet and patient. Honestly the whole staff was inviting. The prices are extremely reasonable and the variety of colors made the experience fun.
