I’m honestly surprised by the negative reviews because my experience has been the complete opposite. I absolutely love this place! Every visit, the girls are super sweet, welcoming, and very helpful. Easily a 12 out of 10 for me!

I had a lovely experience here. Especially because I know nothing about hair extensions. But the staff was super patient with a ton of questions I asked. Came home, put in extensions and they are a great color match too. Thanks guys!

This place has terrible customer service. I bought several hair extensions and specifically asked if I could return them if they didn’t meet my needs. The employee told me that returns were accepted as long as the packages remained unopened.
I opened one package to check the color and texture and realized it wasn’t a good match. When I went back to return the unopened packages, I was told that hair extensions cannot be returned at all.
This completely contradicts what I was told at the time of purchase. As a result, I wasted hundreds of dollars. Very disappointing experience and misleading information. I do not recommend this place.

i bought 10 packs of i tips. TEN PACKS for them to become extremely tangled and unusable within 2 weeks. i wish i read reviews but i always thought this was a reputable brand. beyond disappointed. paid $1000+ for garbage

Poor hair quality, feels synthetic. First time here drove almost 3hrs, customer service was good but the only reason I’m giving a 2 star is bc I’m really disappointed in the quality of the hair. I’ve used extensions for many yrs and I know the quality of REAL 100% human hair and let me say their hair is NOT it. I’m disappointed bc I paid almost $400 for 24in clip ins that I can’t even curl to my liking bc the curls won’t stay bc it’s not 100% real hair. I used my extensions the same day I purchased them and added heat to them to curl them and unfortunately the hair releases a plastic smell which tells me it’s NOT 100% real human hair. The only perk about this place is that they have a variety of colors and styles for your needs, but the quality is very poor, the hair is thin and smells like plastic once you apply heat on them and I even tried using the curling iron on a lower setting @ 250 and still smelled like plastic . I truly feel my extensions won’t last long for everyday use and obviously I can’t return them so personally it’s money wasted. I could’ve gotten this quality hair at the Asian hair spots for $100-$150 bucks. Moving forward I will continue to go to my old place @ Muneca’s Hair in LA which has AMAZING 100%Real human hair. Honestly I was extremely hesitant to drive over an hour to come here because of the reviews. But my hair stylist recommended this place to me. All I can say is AMAZING customer service!! Bianca was so helpful sweet and patient. Honestly the whole staff was inviting. The prices are extremely reasonable and the variety of colors made the experience fun.
