I had such a great experience at this office. The provider I see, Victoria Chavez, is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely listens to my concerns. The worst experience I ever had!
I called to make an appointment, because my lymph nodes were inflamed. They said that the only available time is NEXT THURSDAY. And when I came to the clinic, doctor didn't even check anything. Just said: you're okay now

Most of my calls don’t go through, and the ones that do go through are usually disconnected shortly after being answered. Today was no different. Myself, my pharmacy and my insurance all had the same experience. Despite dozens of calls, most got a busy signal, went unanswered or we got a recording that our call could not be completed as dialed. None one of us even got through for more than a minute before being suddenly disconnected. The pharmacy and my insurance both gave up trying to reach Strong Families and left me to handle their prescription error myself. I’ll be switching doctors and filing a grievance.
