Terrible service; the wait time is excessive. You can't arrive late, but if you arrive early, they make you wait—and they don't even see you at your scheduled appointment time. The receptionists are unfriendly, and when you schedule an appointment, you show up only to be given a different time upon arrival.
I had such a great experience at this office. The provider I see, Victoria Chavez, is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely listens to my concerns. The worst experience I ever had!
I called to make an appointment, because my lymph nodes were inflamed. They said that the only available time is NEXT THURSDAY. And when I came to the clinic, doctor didn't even check anything. Just said: you're okay now
