Good place just beware of the Krazy lady that slept in front of door she dangerous Krazy cuss u out bad words u never heard also she carry a big knifes/bats/ metal poles and not afraid to use it just becareful!
I can't say enough good things about this facility. I work in medicine and the care, compassion, and knowledge that this facility provides makes caring for my patients easier. I know my patients are taken care of here and I can call anyone in the staff, particularly their lead med tech Sandy or the head Sister, Sister Elia, who I can trust to tell me exactly what's happening with my patients. The facility is very clean, the staff is all very friendly many of who speak Spanish and English, the food is good and nutritious, there are manicured grounds outside within a gate so it's safe, and your loved ones medical needs are able to be handled together as a team between Sandy and the different medical groups that the facility works with who come to the facility to see the residents so your loved one doesn't have to leave the facility to be seen by a PCP. I have seen many facilities around Orange County and I can assure you that I highly recommend moving your loved one here.
We were so fortunate to find St Francis. The staff and management are so caring. They make everyone fell so special on their birthday and all the other holidays. The home is always clean and welcoming. There're different activities throughout the month for the residents. The Nuns are very loving and extremely watchful of the residents. The pharmacy staff, especially Sandy has given me peace of mind. Sandy is so aware of each resident and her medical needs. Without the Nuns and Sandy, I don't know what we'd do.
