They were very helpful and supportive getting me set up so I could get everything I needed for my son . My card was activated immediately so I could go to the store And get everything . They also had pamphlets for things I needed to know now that my son is eating solids . Like an infant feeding schedule . That was nice. We were also able to schedule my appointment for next time
