Our first experience was after the bathroom, vanity, and bedroom of our townhome was flooded from a slab-leak from our neighbor's property. They managed everything with a fully transparent process. Refreshing. After they arranged for asbestos testing, dry-out and remediation, they worked with my wife to develop the remodel. They then installed new flooring cabinetry, bathroom plumbing, wall texture and painting, electrical... everything. Just as she wanted it. And no surprises.
About a year later, we decided to remodel the entirety of the same house. We came back to Borna, Alexis, Bani, and the whole SoCal crew. Again, working with my wife, with the same transparent and, importantly, predictable process, SoCal Flood developed an estimate for the project. Again, they were just great. The cost came in as expected, once again, with no surprises.

Earlier this year there was a hot water leak at my rental and SoCal Flood and Restoration was called in to fix the damages. The damages were quite extensive; walls needed to be opened up, cabinets and flooring removed and dried out. After the dry out they put in new walls, built cabinets to match those that did not have to be removed, painted the walls and installed new flooring. Pierre and Borna were very responsive and great to work with. I was out of the country part of the time repairs were happening and Pierre gave me regular status reports. It gave me great comfort that the job was in reliable hands. They have a great team of workers and did a great job. This past month I had a water leak in my home and called out and they took care of me once again. It's fantastic to have a company that can do all the repairs, do them well, be responsive and not have to have several companies with which to deal. Thanks SoCal team.

I walked into my bathroom two days before I was scheduled to leave the country and the floor was covered in water. After the plumber opened up my wall to find a burst pipe, he recommended I call SoCal Flood to address the water damage. Borna is a true professional. I was able to leave on my vacation worry free, trusting Borna would do what he said he would. He did not disappoint. Upon return, I found that all of the work was completed and Borna had communicated everything to my insurance company. I hope I never need a flood restoration company again, but if I do, Borna will be my first call.
