Everyone from the receptionist, to technicians, to the optometrist were super helpful and efficient from A-Z. I dropped in last minute and they accommodated by answering all my questions and scheduled me an appointment same-day. Highly recommend.

Entire experience went well. Was greeted by Justin when entering store. I was immediately routed to exam area. Exam tech was prompt and efficient. Next I was handed off to Dr. Lee who was also prompt, efficient and answered all my questions in a friendly yet professional manner. Dr. Lee then escorted me back to the retail area and handed me off to Justin with a brief but thorough overview of all my relevant eyeglass details. Justin was truly a pleasure. Justin is amazing! Good job on selecting such great leader to run this store. He is so knowledgeable in every area and is always so nice and patient. He leads by example and you can see the difference in the employee morale. I have been coming to this lenscrafters for some time now and this is the best customer service i have received from all of the employees. Speaks to Justin's leadership. Kudos to Justin, David and I believe the girl that assisted me Brittany. This store rocks. Lastly, not to mention th selection in glasss way better.. I am definitely recommending my family and friends.
