I am not one who engages in social media or reviews, but I simply must post about the wonderful experience I had with ServiceMaster after a recent leak from a balcony above my home. One phone call to Monique, and I knew it was going to be handled with professionalism and empathy. Rene responded and was able to demystify the entire process and reassure us. Luis and Claudio removed the ceiling and placed the equipment, sealing everything off and showing respect and concern for our home. The entire experience was made bearable by these professionals. I can recommend them without reservation, and am thankful for their expertise.
I recently had work done in my house by Servicemaster and I want to tell you about my experience. The man doing the repairs was Martin. He had a great attitude and did an excellent job. He was always smiling and had a wonderful work ethic. Martin was friendly and always on time. I was very happy with the results when the work was completed. They were VERY good. We are well satisfied by the work of Martin. Tile was perfect, baseboards were perfect, cabinet was perfect, drywall was perfect, what more can I say? Completely done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.
