It was my first time with a primary care Dr appointment through the VA. I was there at the Santa Ana VA facility 15 minutes before my appointment and went straight to the front desk. I was checked in quickly and the person at the desk was friendly.
There were only two people waiting in the waiting area. One of them was called in only a couple of minutes after I sat down. I heard him make a comment about how quickly he was taken in while he showed a look of surprise. At my scheduled appointment time I was called into the back and did all the usual stuff like weigh in blood pressure, etc. that process only took a few minutes and the nurse was very nice. Wait time was approximately 10 minutes. Plenty of parking and friendly staff as always typical friendly staff and remember to bring something to read for the few minutes you may have to wait good luck to all love this place
The Santa Ana VA Clinic has been an outstanding experience every time. The staff are friendly and super helpful. All of the doctors work very hard to provide great care. I am grateful to have such great people provide such fantastic medical care.
