He arrived, gave the wires a gentle tightening, attempted to reignite the heater and… voilà! Hot water was back, just like that! No replacements, no fuss — and most incredibly, no charge. We were ready to hand over our life savings, and he wouldn’t even take a penny.
Tomas not only saved us $700, but also rescued us from the icy horrors of cold showers. We truly couldn’t be more grateful.

Corroborated with state licensing board and BBB. I called on Monday for an estimate and scheduled an appointment on Tuesday. Rasco quickly called back and we moved up the estimate to Monday afternoon. The estimate seemed fair and Rasco was able to complete the work Tuesday morning. We had a great experience with Jose and Thomas from Rasco Plumbing & Rooter! I reached out this afternoon through Yelp because our kitchen sink was badly clogged. Another plumber had already tried snaking it but couldn’t get it cleared. I got a quick response with a quote, and they scheduled us for 6pm the same day—which was impressive since other companies told me I’d have to wait until the next day just for an inspection.
