Primal Windows company is very professional. My two sliding doors were installed in less than four hours. Their work was clean, accurate and very professional. I was even impressed with the way they carefully transported the doors to my house. The sliding doors had black tape in certain sections to prevent them from scratching. Working with Claudia was easy. She answered all my questions and made me feel like a valued customer. Unfortunately, I didn't know about this company sooner. I had previously hired a contractor to install a sliding door in my bedroom and the experience was horrible. It was very easy and pleasant to work with Primal Windows and Doors from placing an order to scheduling an appointment and getting installation done. I had a garden window replaced. Their measurement was so precise I did not lose any dead space between the 2X4 and the new window frame. Their price is great and the window quality is top notch!
