I have a store in Orange and I was asking OCC Lock and Key to fix the store lock.
He came to me on time and fast.
He is an honest person and professional.
Price was very responsive and knowledgeable.
I will use him again for my service.
My key fob broke when I was trying to leave a store in Irvine. The transponder chip inside was lost. Nema came to fix but realized that my car battery also failed at the same time has he tried programming. It was late so I ubered home.
The next day, he met me at AutoZone by my house (where I bought a new battery) and took me back to my car. New battery was installed and he was able to finish the job. Good work. ?

Call ahead to see if they're at the location, they might be helping someone who is locked out elsewhere!
Such good-willed people, and they also speak Farsi if that helps! If not, basic English will do, they are very patient and professional.
