Paid them around 11,000 to help with the taxes we owe. Short version~~ I still have to pay the IRS every cent I owe them plus penalties. What they did was exactly what I could have done and I would have 11,000 less on my taxes. They didn’t help and fight for a lower amount and penalties erased. What a waste of time and money. Do not use this company. They won’t help you.
*Update. Member from optima reached out to me. He explained that Optima is not always able to decrease the debt you owe. Its up to the IRS. He also gave me a small refund.

As I went through a divorce and said the heck with it all I also stopped paying my taxes. Well after 6 years I figured that maybe I should get them straightened out. I called optima and some others, optima sounded the best. After all said and done they got all penalties dropped and even got me a refund. I would recommend them first over any one else.
