I am extremely disappointed with the service. My payment specifically included the cost of a physical card, yet it was never delivered. I have contacted support multiple times; however, after promising an investigation, they have gone silent for months. Their responses to my follow-ups have been dismissive and unhelpful. I am still waiting for the card I paid for.

I have had my medical card since you were able to get one. But this year, 2025 I ran in to a woman at another provider site, Chantelle Jones, and this woman proceeded to make my life miserable! Well after speaking with the Commission I looked for a new provider. I found this company. The NP who certified me, Nancy O'Rourke, is everything right about Medical Marijuana!! She went so far above and beyond to help me out!! She will spend time with you if you need it. She helped me do what I had to for an allotment increase. So many providers want extra fees to get an allotment increase. Nancy did not charge me any extra and also helped me to secure a two year certification!! No other company ever even told me that was possible! So if you are renewing your card call them but especially if you are a new patient. Do not let the sharks out there put a bad taste in your mouth like happened to me!! Just start out with Nancy and you will never seek another provider!! Hands down the best out there!!!

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. Save your money and go someplace that will actually do what they promise. This place is the worst, everything about this place is terrible. Please, don’t go to them, and don’t give them any of your money because you can’t trust this Business.

waited all day for a call back and am still waiting. i have bad medical issues with my stomach and called to get my lic. paid and was told to waite so i waited and waited they called right away, trying to sell me product's and told me to wait called back after waiting all day and was told rudely that the day was not over and hung up on total waist of time and fifty bucks know I have to change my credit card coz they have the number
