awful awful service and it seems none of the nurses are qualified to do the job they are doing. i payed for urgent care and they mishandled the test they ran so i had to come back the next day and pay again. nurses argue with each other in front of you, clearly state that they do not know how to handle tests and are completely unprofessional. do better kaiser

Horrible. Gave me 3rd stage kidney disease from medication they put me on. So ridiculous. So made me worse instead of better. No apology.
