We have used them on different occasions and its been okay but this last time was pretty bad. Even after I addressed the issue with the employee and walked him through it. We still had food stains, grease, and trash on the patio after I walked it with the supervisor. I tried to call the company to speak with an owner or someone in a management position as I thought they should be aware and not lose our business. However, I could not get past the person answering the phone. I always like to give people another chance but since corresponding with them is impossible than I have no option but to go elsewhere. Its ashame really.
