Horrible. I've been trying to get away from this place shortly after I start. Not many options on state insurance. 1. Lacks knowledge 2. Doesn't listen to patient 3. Won't advocate for patient

(PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU GO) I didn’t have a good experience here. First off the building looks very old and unprofessional. Secondly I went for the first time because i wanted to find a new Psych office and decided to check this out without looking at any reviews. My appointment went okay with the nurse practitioner. Then I found out my medication is not in stock anywhere and tried to communicate that with them. I was later completely forgot about even after i called a few times about it, i never heard back. Then i called to cancel my upcoming appointment because why would i go? it’s supposed to be a follow up. Then the front desk answered and i informed her that i had a bad experience and would like to cancel my appointment and she said “okay i will go ahead and do that” and i was being respectful and said okay thank you…as i was about to say have a nice day she slammed the phone and hung up.

I am beyond devastated and furious with my experience with Dr. Shahverdiani, Dr. Sasani, and most importantly, their office staff. I chose Dr. Shahverdiani as my primary care physician in April, full of hope and trust. Before making this decision, I called his Santa Ana office, where I was assured they were accepting new patients and could schedule me promptly. On their recommendation, I immediately called my insurance and assigned Dr. Shahverdiani as my PCP. However, the nightmare started when the earliest new patient appointment available was a month later, in June. Despite the significant delay, I accepted, clinging to the hope that my pain would soon be addressed. Two weeks before my appointment, I received a call from Noshin, who rudely informed me that Dr. Shahverdiani would be unavailable due to travel. They then offered me an appointment in July, which was already pushing the limits of my patience and endurance. Desperate and unable to find another PCP, I called their office, explaining my urgent need for medical attention due to severe pain from a previous surgery. Their response was cold and dismissive. Since Dr. Shahverdiani was unavailable, they offered me an appointment with another doctor in the same office, Dr. Sasani, for July 22. Reluctantly, I accepted, hoping for some semblance of relief. Today, July 11, I received another infuriating call. They informed me that Dr. Sasani no longer works with their office, and the earliest appointment with Dr. Shahverdiani is now pushed to September. Adding insult to injury, the office then suggested assigning me to a nurse. A nurse cannot address my pain or the possibility of needing another surgery. This suggestion was utterly disrespectful and indicative of their lack of understanding of my serious medical condition. This constant rescheduling and postponement show a blatant disregard for patient care. Dr. Shahverdiani evidently cares more about his summer travels than the health and well-being of his patients. A doctor should prioritize their patients, but his actions suggest otherwise. Since May, I have been subjected to this office's disrespectful, disorganized, and appalling customer service. The staff members are completely unprofessional, showing no empathy or consideration. They do not care about you, your health, or your time. Their behavior is unacceptable and inexcusable. This office and Dr. Shahverdiani should be reported to the medical board for their negligence and lack of trustworthiness. This has been the most devastating and disheartening medical experience of my life, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Avoid this office at all costs if you value your health and peace of mind.

Dr. Schreiman is the best. He always takes his time with my dad. He has been my dad's doctor for years. I love how thorough he is in letting us know exactly what is going on and how to help.

Stay Away from this Health Center and Dr. Schreiman!!! Terrible service and very unreasonable staff. I took my mom to see Dr. Robert Schreiman, with an appointment and the staff said "you are 2 minutes late" and she canceled the appointment. There was absolutely no one in the waiting room, No Patient at all! yet the front desk staff canceled the appointment. We waited for this appointment over a month and half ago and they didn't let us see the doctor. I don't know if this doctor is aware of the way his staff treats the patients. I assume he does as the staff said the doctor won't see us. If so SHAME ON THIS DOCTOR! My mom is 78 years old and needed to be seen. I have never seen a poor service like this that just for 2 minutes delay, the appointment gets canceled while there was NO other patient in the waiting room and my mom was in pain. I will never forgive them for what they did! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HEALTH CENTER AND DR. SCREIMAN, THEY DON'T CARE, AND THEY ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO PATIENTS!

The staff was nice and friendly and Dr. Gail F. Liezl Abcede was thorough and compassionate, was not only She's knowledgeable but also took the time to take good care all the things that I requested, like order a blood test, mammogram, refill my RX. I am grateful to have her as my PCP.

This place has no regard for your time. I took time out of work to come in for a simple visit, my appointment was at 2:15 and I was not called in until 2:45 that's 30MINUTES more I will not be at work. The receptionist did not greet me in when I walked in or check me in, I had to tell them to please check me in. Lastly, when they finally called me in I saw my doctor sitting in his wheel chair with no care in the world. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE.
