I go here for my appointments. I recommend Roger Ngaha. He listens to what I say. He’s not those dirty pill mill psychiatrist who throws many combinations of addicting medications at you. He listens and actually takes the time to see what my issues are. He always willing to speak to me. Never pushes me to do something I am not 100% comfortable with. Sometimes with my voice it can be hard to understand me but he’s a great listener. I have no idea why these people gave him bad reviews. He’s a really nice guy, he’s pleasant to talk to. Very well mannered individual.

Dr Lucy Won in the psychiatry department is a credit to this company and to psychiatry. Her compassion to her patients has Berber waivers in the YEARS that I have needed her care. The front office is busy, yet efficient. I have never had a rude employee either on the phone or in person. I cannot speak to the other areas of care, I see other reviews for the mental health staff that give high reviews. I will continue my care here as long as needed, she has assisted me in coming a very long way.

I really like Dr. Alvin Chang at this group. I would have given 5 stars because I like him so much, but the other doctor I had seen there wasn't as attentive. He wasn't detail oriented enough and rushed me. However, Dr. Alvin Chang is just what I needed after going through a lot with chronic illness! He understood my frustrations dealing with chronic pain since college and took time to talk and listen to me and make sure I got what I needed. He also encouraged a low fat diet high in veggies emphasizing healthy diet and lifestyle and encouraged the alternative and preventative measures I have been taking.
