New Foundation Medical Group (Psych) is a mental health practice. They have doctors who are kind and take their time with patients. The doctors are knowledgeable and thorough, explaining things clearly and helping patients understand their conditions. The staff is friendly and helpful.
15 min appointment time slots; useless. My NP won’t provide an ESA letter because it makes her “uncomfortable” yet in August, after making my ESA letter request to her in July, she took 13 days to submit my medication refill request; two weeks without meds is certainly more uncomfortable than providing an already-drafted emotional support animal letter. I even made two additional appointments to discuss the letter separately to ensure her time was compensated. Priorities appear to be cash over care, but even when you pay they won’t help you.

Be careful with billing. I was overcharged for my copay, and although the billing company acknowledged I should receive a refund, months later I still have not received it. I also noticed that the receipt did not match the actual clinic's name and address. Double-check your EOB and keep all of your paperwork.

Horrible. I've been trying to get away from this place shortly after I start. Not many options on state insurance. 1. Lacks knowledge 2. Doesn't listen to patient 3. Won't advocate for patient
Update: I moved and they erroneously said they took my insurance. After I had a meeting they told me they didn't take it anymore.
