MFK Construction was outstanding! We were in escrow on a property for sale and nearing our closing date, and had an emergency situation arise. We needed to replace a whole upper deck prior to the HOA allowing us to close our transaction. Since we are a full-service Real Estate team, we jumped on Yelp searching for a very specific trade. Mitch at MFK was one of the first responses we received. I told him about our situation, and we set up a meeting immediately. He provided a reasonable quote, and the work began right away. These guys are awesome!! Best quote we got for resurfacing and sealing our deck and their work is perfection. Not only were they punctual and polite, but they used the same products and procedures that the others wanted thousands more for. I can't say enough good things about MFK and their work. We will definitely use MFK Construction again and you should too!!
I reached out to MFK to repair my deck, and while I ended up not working with them, their communication with and commitment to their clients is amazing. Mitch was detailed, honest, and never pushy. His father seems to have a lot of knowledge and experience with decks and didn't push for things we didn't need. They made an effort to get our project into their pipeline, but due to time constraints they let me know they wouldn't be able to take on my project (the timeline was my fault as I delayed in getting back to them and by then I was a bit stuck).
