Dr Jacobs seems very thorough, met at the designated appointment time and was respectful. Staff were courteous and the office was clean and accommodating. Location was easy to find and is nearby.
Not sure why there were so many pages to fill in as a new patient. Some of the subject matter seemed irrelevant for a pediatrics facility. Some of the templated questions asked by the doctor were not really necessary and relevant to a pediatric environment. Some of the questioning seemed like more of an opportunity as a Public Service Announcement rather than preventative medicine for this age group.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for Dr Tiffany’s attentive care and kindness. I truly value having her as my primary care physician; I can confide in her about my health concerns and receive appropriate treatment plans. She makes me feel understood and cared for.
Dr. Dean Jacobs has been amazing for both of my kids. He is always super nice, he is knowledgeable, and talks to us in a way that we understand. We always feel welcome and well taken care of.
