I felt very welcomed and valued here. Dr Tazhibi is great. Dr Megan too. My only complaint about this facility is that the check-in process could be better. I didn't see the kiosk when I walked into the building and there wasn't one in the actual wing I was supposed to be in. I had to ask a nurse to check me in.
The entire team that helped me today was incredibly helpful and understanding. Everyone was kind and supportive. Explained everything and took my anxiety and nerves into consideration which I truly appreciate. I cannot express how grateful I am to today's team members. I love the Santa Ana facility. It's quiet, there are no lines there, nobody in the waiting rooms, and the doctors are very kind and attentive
They wait for x-rays about 5 minutes in the waitztime for lab work is non-existent.
I know some people are complaining about longer wait times, but if the doctor is running behind because he's giving extra attention to somebody with a complicated medical issue, I'm sure these people who are complaining with one the doctor to treat them the same way and not rush them out the door.
