We are a returning customer, unfortunately re contacted them to work on a balcony railing. They were given a deposit and since then they are avoiding contact.

I wish I would had seen the other two postings on Yelp. We were a returning customer, which sadly this business is shady. They were given a deposit for a railing to be completed and now they are avoiding calls and text. Juan Vasquez just decided to take the money, this isn't the way to run a business.

This place is very unprofessional, i paid half the estimate in advanced, work was to be completed since 11/2, till now i have not been able to get work done or a refund.. very unprofessional they are crooks.
