Fantastic grooming services. I've been taking my dog here for years, and he always comes home clean, happy, and looking good!

Will not allow tours to see how clean the facility is prior to booking. I have seen kennels that do allow tours show clean video but in reality they are a disaster. Without being able to see the facilities in person I canβt speak to what this facility is like. Just posting to help others save time.

my doggies pet hotel for the weekend. From Friday thru Sunday. They took care of my 2 furbabies. ππΌπππ Thank you! Only way I could visit family. π

House of Woof treats cats exceptionally. My grey guy, Brofessor BaoBao, usually stingy with purrs, soaked up all the attention β I think he might even be experimenting with a little βwoofβ! The photo updates were the best part of my day and made the separation so much easier for us missing our beasty grey fur bro. Loved every update and the care they gave him!

Disappointed Doggy Daycare Review
β’ I am disappointed with the level of care provided during my dogβs recent visit. Within less than two hours, my dog was bit on the muzzle and on the back leg, resulting in puncture wounds that should never have occurred in a properly supervised daycare environment. β’ Despite this unacceptable incident. They made no effort to make it right, the facility still charged me full price for daycare services, which adds to the frustration. It is difficult to understand how a DAYCARE can justify billing a customer when they failed at the most basic responsibilityβkeeping dogs safe. β’ They told me of one of the injuries, the situation was minimized and brushed off, as though it were insignificant. This lack of empathy is troubling, especially when the safety of animals is involved. β’ I have always wondered why my dog appeared frantic to leave, anxious, and fearful to enter the facility and after visits. Now I have clarity: my dog was placed in an environment where bullying, aggression, and injury were allowed to occur without proper intervention. β’ Because of this experience, I will not be bringing my dog back to this location.

The staff here was very nice, but not too long after dropping my pup off for daycare, I looked at the cameras and noticed they had a muzzle on my dog. My little guy is young and energetic and I'm not one of those people who thinks my dog can do no wrong, but I did not receive a call to inform me that there was any kind of issue or asking my permission to put a muzzle on him. When I noticed the muzzle on the camera, I immediately got in the car and went to go get him. If they had called, I would've completely understood that certain behaviors aren't appropriate in daycare and there wouldn't have been any problem with them just asking me to come get him. I just feel like putting a muzzle on a dog that doesn't really allow them to drink or pant (the very restrictive kind of muzzle you'd see at the vet to keep dogs from biting during an exam) while playing in a daycare setting is dangerous. I don't know exactly what happened, when i picked him up they said he did well and it's completely on me for not inquiring about what was going on, I just kind of wanted to get him and leave but in hindsight, I should have asked more questions. With that being said though, I do think that at the very least, I deserved a phone call to inform me of any issues and allow me the chance to pick him up instead of just secretly putting a muzzle on and telling me that everything was great. I'm not trying to say don't go here, because it seems like a lot of people have had good experiences, but I would just suggest watching the cameras and ask that the staff have better communication with the pet parents going forward.

I have been working with Jenny to train my dog for the past 10 months and she is incredible! After several attempts with other trainers I finally found one that really helped me train my dog. I went from having an anxious velcro dog to a well regulated dog with good behavior and better socialization. He stopped jumping and barking at people, counter surfing and doesnβt pull on walks. Jenny is always available to answer any questions that arise between sessions. I highly recommend her.
