Purchased fencing for my front yard to keep my small dogs fenced in. Installer left a 5" gap from the stone pillar to the fence post. His suggestion was to double up the 4x4 post. Made them re dig the post. The installer then didn't ask what way we wanted to gate to swing open. And the gate opened blocking the front door. Then the fence line going up the driveway varies from a 2" gap to a 4 " gap at the bottom and does not follow the slope of the driveway. Sent them pictures to request them to fix. They told me it's fine and will not fix. Refused to come out to look in person.

We should read the review first before we ask this company to do the repair work. We originally purchased our gate door from Final Vinyl 2 years ago. The gate door blew off during the strong winds. So, we call the company ask for the repair. They replace the wall-mounted post and rehanged the gate. They did not do this job well. The gate door does not align with the wall-mounted post. The gap between both side from the door and the post are not event. We wrote to the company about this issue. The response we get back is they did not build our original gate, therefore, gate will no align with wall-mounted posts. As long as the gate works function properly, then it is not their problem. If we want to refix the gate, they can send us a quote. This company is not stand behind their works.

They call/text/email alot to check progress and satisfaction. Great communicators and speedy replies to inquiries. Could not have serviced better. And the fence looks great too! First of all this company is on the upper end of pricing, but had the style and design I was looking for. The salesman was nice and accommodating, but that's prettmuch where the positives ended. I booked a job with this company and all went well until the installers started. It seemed like they were amateurs. They dug a hole for the fence posts and the first hole they dug, they busted a sprinkler pipe. Finally got that fixed and then on the other side, they busted up the plaster on my house. Got that remedied and then at the end of the job, they ended up not having enough materials. Go figure. I'm still trying to get ahold of someone so I can get the job finished and it's been almost 3 months now. Save yourself some time and money and stray away from this company. Horrible experience. Hopefully I can get the job finished eventually, but if not, at least I can save someone else the same headaches.

Home Team Fencing recently installed two custom Palomar Patio Covers and a Tiffany Gazebo and they look terrific. The workmanship and materials are of a high quality and well put together. The sales/customer service staff was friendly and very courteous and kept me fully informed throughout the entire process from sales quote to installation. I would highly recommend Home Team Fencing for all of your patio cover, gazebo or fencing needs.
