From Rocky Start to Stellar Finish: Our Roofing Experience We initially contacted HD Roofs after noticing their work in our neighborhood and receiving a recommendation from a neighbor. Their quote seemed fair compared to other roofing companies, and we appreciated their approach. Ace, our contact, was thorough in answering our questions and confirmed a start date. I had an emergency this week and HD Roofs Inc came through for me when others took their sweet time. I had a beehive removed that required the removal of a portion of my roof. Neither of the two repair companies that the Bee people recommended even bothered to call me back. I talked to 4 other companies and they took their sweet time getting back to me. When I talked to Ace the project manager from HD Roofs he gave me a quote that I saw the next morning and he said I can get it done Thursday which was literally the day after I signed the contract. He prioritized my project as an emergency since my roof was wide open to the elements. Furthermore they packed the area in... read full review
