I believe the lack of same is yet another “adverse material effect” on Musk’s offer to purchase Twitter since one can assume Musk had no knowledge of CA’s County Civil Grand Jury System and also since Twitter failed, inexplicably, to secure a permanent stage for any (or all) of CA’s County Civil Grand Juries in said “Town Square”.“
