My wife and I have been clients of RAI with our IRA's and other investment accounts for several years and have been happy with their responsiveness when we have questions and with the overall growth of our accounts. Recently we had to deal with a fairly complicated transfer of a traditional IRA to a trust and then to the 9 beneficiaries of the trust with some taking cash distributions and others setting up their own individual Inherited IRA's.
