Great service from everyone else but whatever you do, avoid the white haired guy with glasses. Absolutely disgusting human being. Very rude and unhelpful. He makes you feel so awkward with his weird facial expressions as if we are suppose to discern what he’s trying to communicate. Never again.

The receptionist with colored eyes told me it was going to be a 30 minute wait when I was there for almost 2 hours. When I asked her how much longer she said probably another hour!! I understand you have to put the appointments first but why say 30 minutes to begin with!! I wouldn't have waited if the total wait was almost 3 hours. Other than that it's not too bad.

This place is a rip off I have known about this place for more than 35 years 2 years ago I was wronged by them and this year I gave them a second chance and 275.00 with no warning and 2 and a half months later still IRS still has no information to give me I called the office and all they can say is im sorry we should have told you this place is a major rip off

This review is for the girls who work here. They have the worst attitude I don't know how lupe allows them to talk to his clients that way. To the chubby girl at the very first desk with orange hair and glasses: if you don't like your job it's not my fault, don't rub off your negative energy onto other people. PLEASE
