I went to Cryospot after being referred there by my massage therapist. Wow! Really amazing experience! The owner was very generous and offered two of the therapies free of charge on my first visit. I signed up for 5 sessions of 4 different types of therapies. Really excited to start incorporating this into my wellness program!

CryoSpot is wonderful full-service recovery clinic. They have a wide array of therapies and a knowledgeable, committed staff. I recently had a cryotherapy treatment along with Theragun and compression sessions. All three services delivered results that exceeded my expectations. I'm going back soon for more cryo, an IV, and a sit in the IRA sauna. I really couldn't be more pleased with CryoSpot and highly recommend them!
