I have been a few occasions at this clinic, but their treatment is always respectful and courteous, after getting diagnosed, and getting meds I always get well... And they are always meticulous... Thx everyone.

This clinic actually deserves no rating at all because they take advantage of people. The guy in the front office wearing a white polo over charged my mom $200+ for just a consult and two vaccinations. I asked him for a full on detail he gave me crappy excuses. My mom was detained there because she was missing $6 from her total amount which is ridiculous. I asked him if it's part of their policy and if patients are knowledge about it before they go inside he said they do know. Which is false information since they didn't let my mom know after her appointment. I asked for a copy of there policy he replied with why would we type that or have a copy of that. Don't waste your time or money here.

Great community clinic. If your looking for a budget diagnostic or guidance and need of some quick help, this is the place to go. I'm not sure about all their services they provide, but If your in OC and need some help this is the place to start.... and not to mention I have (Kaiser P). I choose to under mind the big insurance because they are too slow. This is family owned and well respected in OC and they are quick to diagnose and help you out.

Don't believe all the people's reviews, sometimes they overreact. I had never heard about this place until my husband told me about it. when my children got sick and I came here. I met Juan, an amazing man, very respectful ? and with great customer service. All the shots we got, it was shocking to us, the following day we were feeling better. To all the mothers out there I highly recommend you bring your children here. you do have to pay out of pocket, but it's well worth it.

What bad service this clinic has, they required me to wear a mask, I had to buy it because every patient should wear it while inside the clinic.And a few minutes later two people arrived and they were not required to wear a mask and because they complained they took out my wife who was already in consultation and did not help her.

It's sad that there are places like this when people go in need of help and they are scammed by making them buy medicine that they don't need."Juan" the manager according to him. He is rude without education or respect for others, they steal your money by forcing you to buy super expensive and unnecessary medications.

Horrible clinic.I took my dad here because he was having headaches.It only took about 5 minutes for the consultation to be over.My dad told us that the doctor spent like 40 seconds in the room with him.The doctor only asked him were he had the pain then he checked his ears and left the room without telling what the problem was. It only took 40 seconds or less with no other questions or explanations.While i was waiting in the lobby, the nurse came twice to see me. The first time, she told me that i will have to paid $10 more for the sugar levels test. I agreed to pay for it.After a minute she came back and asked me that my dad needed two shots of medicine so i asked what are the shots for, she said that one was for the ear infection and the other one for a chest infection.I told the nurse that my dad hasn't been sick of flu or cough or anything else since a few months back. The only thing he has was a big headache.The nurse said that's was what the doctor told herMy dad refused to get the shoots because the nurse came in to the room with the shoots already mix in the syringe. He didn't Know what was inside the syringe. He said that he will take pills instead of the shoots.The nurse came back with a very rude attitude and asked me if i wanted a prescription or if i will prefer to buy the medication with them.I asked for the prescription.At the end, the prescription was only for medication for allergies and ear drops for infection.Terrible service.The clinic is very dishonest they should not be trusted.I almost forgot to mention that they charge me $10 extra for the prescription.They take advantage of the most vulnerable people most of them low income hispanic customers.

Eh venido aquí un par de veces , piden mascarillas para los pacientes, pero ellos no traen . Un pésimo servicio son muy groseros no atiende por estar asiendo bromas y riéndose . Mientras los pacientes están en el cuarto a puerta cerrada muriendo de fiebre , estos disque enfermeros bromean y hablan de sus vidas a gritos . Pésimo servicio ?
