Shout out to EROS! (I hope I'm remembering that name correctly!) had to use this service through our property management, such a quick and easy fix. I already knew the problem with our water heater and EROS told me over the phone that he most likely had that specific replacement part in his truck ready to go! He came over and within 5 minutes I had hot water again! Thank you !
