I came in the day before my birthday and specifically asked Bobby for a low fade or taper. What I received was not even close to what I asked for. It was not a low taper, and it was not even a standard high fade. It was cut much higher than that, to the point where I noticed midway through the haircut and had to stop him.
At that point, I asked Christian, who has cut my hair well in the past, to try to fix it. To his credit, Christian did everything he could. He spent about an hour trying to work with what had already been done, but eventually even he said that was the best he was able to do because of how much had already been taken off.
To say I was frustrated would be an understatement. This was the day before my birthday, and the haircut was bad enough that I avoided taking photos, avoided going out, and had to wait weeks for it to grow back before I felt normal again. The only real solution was time because the damage had already been done.
I still come to this shop because Christian and Thomas are both great barbers, and I do recommend them. They are the reason I still have any confidence in this place. But I would personally avoid Bobby. My experience with him was extremely disappointing, and the result felt so far from what I asked for that it honestly left me questioning how that happened in the first place.
Again, Christian and Thomas are solid. Bobby, based on my experience, is someone I would not trust with my hair again.

Never had a bad experience. In the 8 years I've been coming here. I dont have a preference in barbers when it comes to my hair they all do an amazing job. But for my son's hair definitely have to see Joe highly recommended especially if its your first time visiting.

To be honest, this is one of the worst haircuts I've ever had. I asked for a classic cut, but they did this. Besides, the right side is poorly cut. I mentioned this to the barber, and he said it was my hairline, but I know he made a mistake. I just didn't want to make a fuss, but I honestly regretted going there. If you have an important occasion and want your haircut to be perfect, I don't recommend going here. That was my mistake, and I ended up with my day and my hair ruined.

I used to liked this place! Until you booked an appointment online! I called to let the guys know I got sick! They didn’t want me to reschedule and say sorry we gonna charge you. I just want my haircut done but how in gonna go if I’m sick ? All the other haircuts I have done here are just “meh” I mean, is close to my house that’s only reason was convenient, nothing crazy. I was jumping to one barber to other one and seems every barber was worst than the last one lol. Literally 18 min haircut while they chatting to each other 🤯💀
