Long story short, I was going to another shop local to the area to fix a wiring issue I was dealing with. My apple maps took me to Shift auto and overlanding by mistake. To say I was taken care of would be an understatement. Scott and his crew are some of the nicest and most honest people you will ever run into in this industry, they really know what they are doing. Scott took maybe 20 minutes total to look at my truck and had it fixed and out the door in no time. These guys deserve every bit of success they have gotten and I hope they do nothing but take over the industry. They have gained a new customer for life. Thank you so much Scott!!!
Really, really good work and seem to enjoy what they’re doing. It’s so difficult to find a good Jeep mechanic who actually knows their cars and not just their light rack brands. Would highly recommend, and I’m fairly picky about where that Jeep goes. Would highly recommend.
Shift Off Road does extremely thorough and precise work. They installed a snorkel that required drilling into the fender, and the work was done clean, accurate, and with a lot of attention to detail. They also handled the wiring for lighting during a front grille replacement with an integrated LED light bar, and everything was routed and finished perfectly. The quality of their work clearly reflects the level of care and expertise they put into every job. Communication and scheduling were excellent from start to finish, and the shop has a friendly, welcoming environment. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. Highly recommend.
