Helped my son (an active marine) and his family get their washer up and running. Other company, MGR appliance couldn’t get on base, didn’t offer resolution and just closed the work order without notifying me. Thank you Adrian and AG repair for stepping up!!!

Tech was friendly and thorough. My only criticism is having a 4 hour standby window. It should be possible to schedule a service call in a two hour window. Otherwise, the service was great.

Serg is very professional and quickly diagnosed the issue and then replace the part that’s not working. The customer services team is polite. The only issue I have is that their system sent me a message saying the appt was set for 8 am to 12 pm and my appt was scheduled for 10 am to 2 pm. I waited until 11 am and called them to realize that my appt was 10-2 the whole time. I wish they told me about their system would send a wrong appt time when I booked it so I would not waste my time waiting. Other than the system, everything was smooth and easy.
